I am a creative kind of guy, and my skills and experience lie in diverse areas. When you have an important project, I can fill in the areas that might need a little extra support. Writing
ZDNet
One of unintended benefits from working at ZDNet News as an interactive designer was the chance to go from Mac enthusiast to Mac reporter and pundit. I had the chance to write about a variety of issues concerning Apple Computer, Inc. Here are a few of my favorite pieces:
MacEdition
After I left ZDNN, I was asked to continue writing as a columnist about, the then new, Apple OS X for MacEdition.com, an Apple industry news and analysis site. My columns are collected here, under the title, AquaScaping.

Although not the most cheerful of topics, death seems to bring out the writer in me. Here are my obituary for my friend Scott O'Hara, and my obituary for my Maine Coon cat, Daniel.
Photography
I have made some free wallpapers in various sizes for you to download to use on your desktop or laptop computer or mobile phone from my original photography. I hope you enjoy them!
Way back in 1999, when I was living in the Lower Haight of San Francisco, I had a show at a local coffee shop. I used the then new, Apple QuickTake 150 digital camera, which shot 640x480 pixel images, to make digital collages of the neighborhood.
